Where are we located?

We are based in Brighton, Ontario.

Custom Made To Order

Unless otherwise stated, items are handmade to order. The current processing time for made to order items is 3 weeks.

Ready To Ship

Ready to ship items will be stated in the product description. These items will be shipped within 5 business days unless ordered with made to order items.

Shipping

We have $15 flat rate shipping for all orders within Canada.

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.

Shipping times in Canada are about 2 weeks but there may be possible delays outside of our control due to Covid-19.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of made to order items we can not accept returns or refunds. In the case of defective or damaged items please contact us immediately upon delivery at info@sixplusoneclothing.ca. 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Care and Keeping

Linen items

All fabric has been prewashed but some shrinkage may still occur. 

Linen items should be washed in cold water or hand washed. Laying flat to dry is best but it can be tumbled dry. 

Linen is prone to wrinkles and this is part of its unique beauty. Over time with washing and wear it will get softer and more beautiful. It can be ironed on high heat if needed though.

Cotton Lycra items

All fabric has been prewashed.

Cotton lycra items should be washed on cold and tumble dried. Iron if needed but be mindful of buttons and snaps.
