Shipping Policy

Shipping policy 

Due to the custom nature of our items there is a 2-3 week processing time after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders are shipped by Canada Post.

At this time there may be shipping delays out of our control due to Covid-19.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping is $15 for all orders within Canada. 

Local delivery

Local delivery can be arranged for a $5 fee. Delivery area is between Port Hope and Belleville along the 401 corridor. 

Delivery will be arranged when your order is ready.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Brighton, Ontario. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

We are currenting doing no contact pick up.

International Shipping

At this time we are only shipping within Canada.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please keep in mind that there can be delays because of Covid-19.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Unless otherwise stated, items  are custom made to order and cannot be refunded. In the case of damage or defect please email us within 14 days at info@sixplusoneclothing.ca

We accept returns of non custom items up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sixplusoneclothing.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
